5. payment fees (as of 11/01/05):

(1) if you subscribe to SGIContent.com's month to month plan, then you are agreeing to pay the fee of $19.99 usd for the first 30 days and then $19.99 recurring monthly until cancelled.
(2) if you subscribe to SGIContent.com's 3 day trial, then you are agreeing to pay the fee of $3.99 usd for the first three days and then $19.99 recurring monthly until cancelled.
(3) if you are the recipient of any other discount or promotional offer, the cost of subscription for that discount or promotional offer is good for the first allotted amount of time and then $19.99 recurring monthly until cancelled.

6. refunds

(1) refunds of electronic goods and/or membership services: by purchasing any downloadable media or any membership service, you agree that you are making a non-refundable transaction. SGIContent.com is not able to offer any partial or full refunds for electronic goods or any variance of website subscriptions. if there are any billing disputes and the result is the fault of SGIContent.com, then all errors will be refunded within 3-5 business days of error resolution. any recurring monthly membership fees are agreed to at time of purchase of the original transaction.
(2) refunds of duplicate membership transactions: if you are to manually purchase a duplicate membership, we will be able to refund your desired transactions with a $2.00 service charge per manual refund. If this duplicate member transaction is at the fault of SGIContent.com, we will waive the manual transaction fee and your refund will be paid for in full.
